1. CABLE TIE

Cable Tie

A cable tie organizes electrical cables and wires by binding them together. They are made of metallic, nonmetallic, and composite materials. Related products include the tools used to install them and associated fixing devices.

The common cable tie, normally made of nylon, has a flexible tape section with teeth that engage with a pawl in the head to form a ratchet so that as the free end of the tape section is pulled the cable tie tightens and does not come undone. When the mouthpiece is inserted through the grooves and pulled tight, it creates a secure, adjustable loop, which locks in place like a knot. Some ties include a tab that can be depressed to release the ratchet so that the tie can be loosened or removed, and possibly reused. Stainless steel versions, some coated with a rugged plastic, cater for exterior applications and hazardous environments.

2. MOUNTING STRUCTURES

Mounting System

A solar mounting system is the framework that secures solar panels to surfaces like roofs or the ground. There are various types, including rooftop mounts, ground mounts, and parking canopies, each designed to optimize panel stability and exposure to sunlight.

Features:-
  1. Durability
  2. Energy Efficiency
  3. Versatility
  4. Cost-Effectiveness

3. EARTHING KIT

Earthing Kit

The earthing (or grounding) kit in solar panel systems is one of the most critical components of the system that protects against electrical faults, lightning strikes and other possible hazards. Well-done earthing guarantees that any undesired electric charge is transferred to the ground, thus reducing the risk of shock and damage to any device.

Features:-
  1. Grounding Rods
  2. Grounding Wire
  3. Grounding Lugs
  4. Bonding Jumpers
  5. Grounding Plates

4. LIGHTING ARRESTOR

Lightning arrestor

Because of the steep decline in panel costs and the growth in the efficiency of these systems, solar plants have swiftly become one of the fastest-growing sources of renewable energy in many regions of the world. However, these rooftop solar projects are built on exposed rooftops, so they are vulnerable to lightning strikes, particularly in India’s high-lightning-prone cities. A lightning arrestor will help you in such a situation!

Features:-
  1. Horn Gap Arrestors
  2. Multiple Gap Arrestors
  3. Valve Type Arrestors
  4. Pellet Arrestors

5. SPIKE

Single and Multi Spike

Solar panel bird spikes are specialized devices designed to deter birds from nesting, perching, or roosting on or near solar panels. Birds often create issues such as blocking sunlight, causing damage to wiring, or leaving droppings that can reduce the efficiency of solar panels. Bird spikes are an effective, non-harmful solution to this problem.

  1. Material
  2. Design
  3. Installation
  4. Benefits
  5. Compatibility
